So we can acknowledge your kind donation, please leave your name and email address as a message (optional); your details will not be shared.

On the next screen, please select WORMHOUT MEMORIAL APPEAL then follow the instructions.
Donation by bank transfer
Please email us at info@brotudno.org.uk and we will return our bank details and a Gift Aid form (optional).
Donation by cheque
Cheques should be made payable to Bro Tudno Ministry Area (Wormhout Appeal) and sent to Holy Trinity Church, Trinity Square, Llandudno LL30 2RH. A Gift Aid form can be downloaded from our website here or requested by emailing info@brotudno.org.uk.
In the event that the funds raised by this appeal exceed the total cost of the new window, the balance will be used for the restoration or improvement of the Memorial Chapel.
